Chief Financial Officer
He has extensive experience in Finance, Legal Corporate Affairs, Risk and Compliance and IT. In his most recent assignment he served as CFO cum COO at Atos Worldline India Pvt Ltd (earlier known as Venture Infotek Global Pvt. Ltd.), for the South East Asia Region. Mr. Ravi Kumar is an ACS and ACMA along with an MSc to his credit, an Alumni of Nanyang School of Business, Singapore. A Leadership Management Programme from Berkeley University, Haas School Of Management, USA and has also been a part of the Management Training from IIM Bangalore.
Chief Operating Officer
Sanjoy Shome brings with him over 17 years of professional experience working with different players in the financial service industry. He started his career with Tata Finance Limited in the year 1996 then moved on to Standard Chartered Bank, and prior to NeoGrowth was with Fullerton India as G.M. –Retail Risk.
Educational Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (Rank holder - 12th All India and 3rd in Northern region), MBA in Finance from Guwahati University
Chief Product Officer
After an early stint in technology, Nitin started his venture in education technology impacting the test prep industry through adaptive testing. Later, he joined Taxi For Sure (TFS) as Head of Products in 2014. At TFS, he played instrumental role in relaunching and enhancing many products impacting customer and driver experience thereby seeing the company grow 10 times in less than a year. Later TFS was acquired by Ola & Nitin was elevated to the position of Director – Products for Driver Experience; responsible for defining the road map for the products. Among other initiatives, he also worked on improving the driver earnings through product innovation, and improving driver experience as a whole.
His extensive background of working to scale and grow emerging companies is defined by a focus on enabling to sell solutions, not just products which will be invaluable for NeoGrowth as the business is ready to go to next level. He would be responsible for product innovation and monitor the growth & performance of existing and new products.
Educational Qualification: Nitin is a B.Tech. from IIT - Banaras Hindu University, PGDM from Indian School of Business. He brings with him over 12 years of experience in product management, entrepreneurship, product development, operations, and online marketing and enterprise sales.
Senior Vice President - Sales
He has around 20+ years of experience in Sales & Distribution, E-commerce, Omni-channel Retail, Franchising, Strategic Alliances, Retail Operations, P&L management & Business Expansion. Before joining NeoGrowth, his most recent assignment was as the Business Head & Core Team Member for Housing.com. Here, his responsibilities included rapid business expansion, product development, expansion strategy as well as developing processes, frameworks & team for supply, demand, monetization. He also created an additional direct sales & operations channel for expansion on revenue share basis.
He has also worked with Reliance Industries Limited as part of Reliance Petroleum in 2002. He moved to Reliance Communication in 2008 within the Group and was designated as Vice President Sales & Distribution.
Educational Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, MBA from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
